We make things to last — to be read, treasured, and passed on. This is how we stand behind what we send you.
Calendars, books & prints
If you’re not happy, reach out within 14 days of delivery. Here’s what we can do:
- Exchange it for another copy, if one’s available, or
- Give you store credit for the full amount toward your next order
If something arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll replace it or refund you in cash — full stop.
Why it works this way
Each calendar is hand-numbered and assembled just for you. Once it’s printed, it can’t be unprinted. What we can do is make sure you get something you love, or make sure your investment stays with us as we build the next island’s collection.
This is how small makers operate when they care about what they make.
Life happens
If circumstances change — if the timing isn’t right, if you need to step back — that’s real. Email us. We’re people too.
Damaged items
Genuinely damaged or faulty? Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send you a replacement or process a full refund right away, including return postage.
Digital access & email
You can cancel your subscription anytime, but refunds for digital-only access (unlocking saying meanings) and newsletter subscriptions aren’t available.
